Ryan owns and operates Windmill Title, a real estate title operation he established in 2005. He is passionate about customer experience and leadership, and enjoys his role as a trusted advisor to the company's clients and associates.

Ryan’s legal experience includes the drafting and negotiation of agreements, and dispute resolution, in various types of business, construction, real estate, and entertainment contexts.

Ryan received his J.D. at Vanderbilt Law School and B.S. in accounting at the University of South Carolina Honors College. While at Vanderbilt, he served as a Managing Editor of the Law Review and graduated with honors (Order of the Coif).

Ryan and his wife, Jennifer, live in Brentwood, Tennessee (the greater Nashville area) with their two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys live music, especially bluegrass, cooking, eating, hiking, mountain biking, shooting sporting clays, and all kinds of activities with his family.
